Refund policy

At The Guiding Arrow – Career Consulting, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• 72 hours or more before your scheduled session: You will receive a full refund.

• 48 to 72 hours before your scheduled session: You will receive a 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours before your scheduled session: No refund will be issued.

 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
